Beckoning Trails, located in the beautiful Hocking Hills region of Ohio, is comprised of 108 acres of hilly, forested land with some open areas, small intermittent streams and a pond off the beaten path. A panoramic view of the countryside, including the Hocking River valley, is one of the many joys in visiting this camp.
Beckoning Trails features labeled hiking trails through the woods and over rather steep terrain, as well as a small Indian Mound. Marlie Lodge sits in an open area on top of a hill perfect for viewing the night sky or wintertime sledding. Other facilities include a primitive camp area, a large shelter house and an amphitheater. Nearby attractions include Hocking Hills State Park, Old Man’s Cave, Cedar Falls and Ash Cave.
